Refund policy

RETURNS

Please return your item within 30 days of purchase.  Unfortunately, returns and refunds will not be accepted after 30 days.

In order to guarantee that your return is accepted, please ensure the following:

• Return the item in the original packaging

• Ensure that your item is in new condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • Ensure that there is no hair, smells, stains, tears, wrinkles, missing tags (where applicable) or any deterioration that would make the item look less than new.

Please allow seven business days for returns to be processed.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days. If your item does not pass return inspection your item will be returned to you.

Note: Return shipping fees will apply unless the item is being returned as a result of a HolyPixels error or if you receive a damaged item.
